You can install the add-in from Microsoft AppSource by searching for "Carriage Models" or through your organization's admin center if deployed centrally. Once installed, it will appear as a new tab in your Excel ribbon.
If the add-in isn't visible, try: 1) Restart Excel completely, 2) Check if add-ins are enabled in Excel Options > Add-ins, 3) Ensure you're signed in to your Microsoft 365 account, 4) Verify the add-in is installed in File > Options > Add-ins.
Excel add-ins typically update automatically when connected to the internet. You can check your current version in the add-in's About section. If updates aren't installing, try restarting Excel or reinstalling the add-in from AppSource.
Some features work offline, but live data features like SOFR pricing require an internet connection. Your models and calculations will remain functional offline, but real-time data updates will pause until you reconnect.
Go to File > Options > Add-ins, select "COM Add-ins" from the dropdown, click Go, then uncheck Carriage Models. You can also remove it from the Microsoft AppSource "My Add-ins" section.
